Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the kayyrith.com website and our mobile applications, including BimaBear (together, the "Services"), operated by KayyRith Solutions (202603157374 / CA0422931-P), a partnership registered in Malaysia. By using the Services you agree to these terms.

Who may use the Services

Our apps are designed for children to use together with a parent or guardian. The account-holding user (the person who downloads the app, manages settings, and purchases any subscription) must be an adult. By setting up the app for a child, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian.

Subscriptions and purchases

• Parts of BimaBear are free; a premium subscription unlocks the full lesson library, worksheet packs, the full parent dashboard, and additional child profiles.
• Subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are governed by their payment terms. Purchases on iOS are also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and Media Services Terms; purchases on Android are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we'll gladly help you navigate a request. Contact support@kayyrith.com.

Your content and data

Child profiles and learning progress are stored on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy. Deleting the app deletes that data; we cannot restore it.

Intellectual property

The Services, including the BimaBear name and mascot, lesson content, artwork, audio recordings, and software, are owned by KayyRith Solutions or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Services for your family's private, non-commercial use. Worksheets may be printed for use by children in your household or, for educators, your own classroom, not for redistribution or resale.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Services, circumvent parental controls or subscription checks, or use the Services in any way that breaks the law.

Disclaimers and liability

The Services are provided "as is". BimaBear supports, but does not replace, a child's education; we make no guarantee of specific learning outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes and termination

We may update the Services and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use after a change means acceptance. You can stop using the Services at any time; active subscriptions are managed through your app store account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
